Further information for authors and poster presenters:

All workshop participants are welcome to present a poster contribution. If you would like to present a poster on the workshop, please send your abstract by email to nora.tilly@uni-koeln.de. Poster abstracts will be accepted until: 9^th March, 2014

All invited speakers or accepted poster presenters are encouraged to submit a full paper for the workshop proceedings. Please send your paper by email to nora.tilly@uni-koeln.de. Papers will be accepted until: 9^th March, 2015

• Abstract length: 300-600 words
• Language: English
• Data-format: *.doc, *.docx, *.odt
• Please use the poster abstract template for formatting
• Guidelines for poster abstract

  •      template poster abstract (.docx) (Microsoft Word 2010)
  •      template poster abstract (.odt) (Open Text Document)
Paper contributions:

• Papers can only be submitted by invited speakers or accepted poster presenters
• Paper length: 6-12 pages
• Language: English
• Data-format: *.doc, *.docx, *.odt
• Please use the paper template for formatting
• Figures:
      - Please send figures as additional file for the printed proceedings by email to nora.tilly@uni-koeln.de
      - Format: vector format (Illustrator, Freehand, vector PDF)
      - Coloring: black-white (levels of grey)
      - Resolution: 300 dpi

Poster presentation guidelines:

• The recommended size for posters is DIN A0 (approximately 84 cm x 119 cm), portrait format.
• Language: English
• Posters will not be printed by the workshop organizers. Please prepare all poster materials (e.g. print poster, handouts) in advanced
• All posters will be presented during the whole workshop
• Poster presenters are required to be at their poster during the scheduled time
• Poster PDFs will be published online. Please send your poster PDF by email to nora.tilly@uni-koeln.de
